Jayvin Consulting Inc. is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). These terms cover use of this website. Client work is governed by a separate signed engagement letter, which takes priority over anything on this site.

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice for your situation. Sample reports on this site use invented figures.

Services and scope

We provide bookkeeping, management reporting, budgeting and finance advisory services. We do not provide audits, reviews or compilation (Notice to Reader) engagement reports. Your organisation remains responsible for approving transactions, filing its returns and paying amounts owed.

Prices

Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable sales taxes, and may change. The price in your signed engagement letter applies to your engagement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability for client services is set out in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
