CanExport claims without the receipt hunt

For small businesses across Canada with CanExport SMEs funding for new export markets: trade shows, travel, market research, marketing and adaptation.

CanExport claims are cut most often on travel and trade-show costs: missing receipts, no proof of payment, foreign-currency amounts that do not reconcile, or no note on the export purpose.

What we do:

• Read your agreement and set up the eligible activities and cost categories in QuickBooks Online
• Match every receipt to its card or bank payment, with foreign-currency amounts converted and documented
• Keep a simple log of the export purpose for each trip, show and campaign while it is fresh
• Prepare the claim schedule and supporting documents for you to submit, and help pull the final report together
• Flag costs outside the project dates or approved activities before they go into a claim

You submit claims through the program; we prepare the numbers and the evidence. Our government reporting experience covers federal funders such as WAGE, IRCC and Global Affairs Canada.

Grant claim support is added to any monthly plan from $400 a month per active grant, or from $1,200 per claim.
