Before you book a call

Do you work outside Canada?
Yes, for bookkeeping, reporting and CFO support. We do not prepare or file tax returns anywhere; your accountant handles those, and our year-end package is ready for them.
Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online. If you are on something else, we can talk about moving, or quote for working in your system.
Do you do audits?
No. We prepare your books and schedules for your auditor and answer their questions. Audits, reviews and Notice to Reader reports come from a licensed public accountant.
How do you use AI?
We are an AI-focused practice. AI tools inside QuickBooks Online help us categorise transactions, match receipts and prepare reconciliations and reports. A qualified accountant reviews every one, makes every judgement call and signs it off before anything reaches you.
Who signs things and who files?
Your organisation approves payments and files its own returns. We prepare, reconcile and report.
